Session 3 – Off Flavours

We know that breweries strive to create the best beer that they possibly can. When somebody tries your beer, you want to ensure that it looks, smells, and tastes exactly the way you intended it to. That is why it is so critical to be aware of and familiar with the various off-flavours that can commonly be found in beer. Many people are familiar with the concept of these off-flavours, but how confident would you be in actually identifying them in a complex product? This seminar gives you an opportunity to experience some of the most common off-flavours found in beer so that you can be confident identifying and preventing them from compromising your hard work.
