Session 1 – Reactive Quality Control Vs. Proactive Quality Control

The panelists will discuss how quality control procedures can be implemented to prevent poor quality products from entering the marketplace, and deal with an inferior product once identified.  Attendees will learn methods for avoiding production errors that negatively affect beer and package quality, and can result in a costly lost batch or worse, a product recall.
